Building tools is what I have always done. When I face a repetitive task, I look for ways to make it faster, and more pleasant to do.
Since 2024, I have been a methods and tools engineer at a large nuclear company. In 2026, I started my business to do the same thing for tradespeople, small businesses and manufacturers.
I watched engineers redraw the same diagram, again and again.
Since 2024, I have worked in the methods and tools team of a large nuclear company. Around me, engineers filled in Excel files, then modelled the same diagram by hand in drawing software. Each diagram took 1 to 5 hours, and everything started again at the slightest change.
I did not ask the team to change the way it worked. First, I listened to the engineers, in meetings: who fills in what, in which file, how many times the same information is typed again, and what each person expects from the tool.
Then I built the tool around their habits. The engineers keep filling in Excel, as before. The diagram generates itself in a few seconds, and every correction made on the diagram goes back into Excel. Nobody copies anything by hand any more. The tool is deployed in France, and being rolled out in Germany.
Tradespeople and small businesses often live the same thing, but rarely have a methods team and a developer to deal with it. Those are the businesses I started mine for. I come and see how you work, and I deliver a tool that is tested, documented and understood by the people who use it.

My own business
The same method, for tradespeople, small businesses and manufacturers: I come and see how you work, then I build the tool around it.
I do my research before choosing
I keep a constant watch on AI: new models, tools, methods and innovations. I spend a lot of time reading up on the subjects I am passionate about.
That is what lets me choose, for each tool, a solution that will last. In the nuclear industry, everything is checked before delivery, and I have kept that reflex.
Methods and tools habits, sized for your business
Practices from my trade, which I apply every day. In your business, each one becomes a simple commitment.
In methods and toolsIn your business
In methods and tools: A second person checks
In your business: Nothing goes out unapproved. Every version of the tool passes its automated tests, then your acceptance testing; in the tool, a prepared order or quote waits for your go-ahead.
In methods and tools: Traceability
In your business: Every change to the tool is dated and explained. If you wish, the tool also records who changed what in your data, and when.
In methods and tools: Finding the cause of a discrepancy
In your business: When a figure is wrong, we find out why, instead of correcting it by hand every week.
In methods and tools: Rigour in proportion to the stakes
In your business: An internal export is not checked like a document sent to a client: the level of checking follows what a mistake would cost.
What will your next week look like?
Forty-five minutes, free, with no commitment. You tell me how your business runs, and I spot what slows you down. Shortly after, you receive my report, and you keep it, even if we do not work together.
