Who

- Dashboards, automated Excel exports and Word documents, business software, websites with the features your business needs.
- Steering the whole business
- Stock, team schedule, production tracking and dashboards, linked: when something changes, the rest is recalculated.
- The call and the report
- In 45 minutes, I spot what slows you down. Shortly after, you receive my report, free of charge; you keep it either way.
Security and IT
- The tool builds on what you already have (management software, Excel, shared folders) without replacing it, or starts from scratch if the current tools are no longer enough. That choice is made before signing, in the specification.
- Data on your computers, your server, the European host of your choice or my server. You stay in control of access.
- Non-disclosure agreement from the first exchange; GDPR processing agreement if the tool handles personal data.
- Code and documentation handed over: your IT team can review, host and extend the tool, with whoever it chooses.
- AI only on repetitive tasks, and never without human approval. For sensitive data, it runs with a European host or on your own machines.
